3月27日我观看了安全教育专题视频《新闻大求真》，这个视频让我令我学会了很多，让我对下水有防范措施。

让我知道不可以在没有家人，老师的陪伴下，结伴或私自下水，因为那样，可能会造成生命危险。让我知道，在海边游泳时，必须要在游泳去内游泳。要在救生员值班时游泳，2杆旗子收时，说明没有值班，2杆都是红旗时，是涨潮时间不适合游泳，尽量不要带游泳圈，一旦漏气，就会溺水。

在游泳是，我知道，不能逞强好胜，嬉戏，否则一旦体力不支，就会溺水。但是溺水时也有自救，科学的救助方法，如果只靠蛮力，自己也会不保。

并且，我知道了一件事，就算在正规的游泳池游泳，也有溺水的事故发生。但是，也可以防范，只要下水去游泳前做好准备运动就可以防止这种不幸发生。就可以安心游泳了。

这个视频还有很多不幸的例子，都是孩子去私自游泳等等，发生的悲剧，险些丧命或已经丧命，让观看视频的人，不敢再去触犯，当然也有自救

总之，这个视频让我学到很多。
