我今天演讲的题目是《扎根基层 不负青春》。

今年下半年，中国共产党即将召开第二十次全国代表大会，这是我们党进入全面建设社会主义现代化国家、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军新征程的重要时刻召开的一次十分重要的代表大会，是党和国家政治生活中的一件大事。

作为基层党组织书记，对党的二十大召开，充满期待。今天，我通过演讲的方式，祝福党，喜迎二十大。

一年前，我怀揣忐忑之心到村担任党组织书记，有唯恐不能胜任的不安，也有干出一番成绩的坚定志向，基层工作面临诸多的困难与挑战，但机遇和挑战并存，在一次又一次的群众会议中，我从拿着文件照本宣科到结合实际灵活宣讲的得心应手，从红着脸被气到憋不出半句话到精准拿捏、条分缕析化解矛盾纠纷的沉着冷静，从开展工作迷茫失措顾此失彼到五指弹钢琴有序推进，在一年半的时间里，我逐渐找到自己的定位，用努力换取了成长经验值，也是在群众工作的磨练中，我深刻认识到作为一名基层党组织书记，不仅仅是一个岗位，更是基层战线的一员，最末端的触角、最坚定有力的支点。

晨风暮雨，一年多以来，我看到村组干部为打赢疫情防控战，风雨中坚守一线；我看到党员群众顶着炙热的太阳建设村庄，用汗水绘就美丽家园；我看到村组干部不厌其烦，一次次上门服务……在夜晚办公室灯光里、在群众矛盾纠纷调解里、在田间地头走村串户的奔波中，书写着村组干部扎根基层的青春答卷，我为能参与其中，感到骄傲和自豪，年轻干部就应该在经风雨、见世面中长才干、壮筋骨，练就担当作为的真本事。

人生，唯有努力，才不负青春。作为年轻人，有幸生于如此伟大的时代，更有幸在基层的大舞台历练。伟大的时代，我们要做自我提升的追梦者。新时代的青年人，我们有属于自己的机遇和机缘，我们理应固砥砺奋斗之本，培梦想成功之元，在繁重的工作任务和细琐的群众问题中，勤学善思，练就本领。

目标在前，使命在肩，党的二十大即将召开，我们将共同迎接它，并在它的指引下跨步新征程。回眸昨日，祖国成就辉煌，展望未来，壮志满怀，我们的党在经历了百年风雨后更加傲岸挺拔，我坚信，在党的领导下，民族复兴、国家富强指日可待，中华腾飞、祖国繁荣也将势不可挡。

来吧，我们一起，以“强国一代有我在”的责任担当，捧好这颗初心、带着这股力量，在实现第二个百年奋斗目标的赶考路上，把自己的人生理想与祖国、与时代紧紧联系在一起，做新时代的社会主义事业建设者和接班人，以更强的历史责任感和使命感，不负党对年轻人的无限厚望，让青春与党同行！

It is a major event in the political life of the party and the country.

As the secretary of the grass-roots party organization, I am full of expectations for the convening of the 20th Party Congress. Today, through my speech, I wish the party well and welcome the 20th National Congress.

A year ago, I went to the village to serve as the secretary of the party organization. In another mass meeting, I went from holding documents to scriptures to flexibly preaching in combination with the actual situation. I was at a loss, and I started to play the piano with five fingers in an orderly manner. In a year and a half, I gradually found my position. I exchanged my hard work for growth experience value. It was also in the tempering of public work that I deeply realized that as a grassroots The secretary of the party organization is not only a post, but also a member of the grass-roots front, the last tentacle, the most firm and powerful fulcrum.

Morning wind and twilight rain. For more than a year, I have seen village cadres stick to the front line in the battle to win the epidemic prevention and control war; I have seen party members build villages against the scorching sun, painting beautiful homes with sweat; I see The cadres of the village groups do not tire of the trouble, and they come to serve them again and again... In the office lights at night, in the mediation of conflicts and disputes among the masses, and in the fields to the villages and households, I write the youth answer sheets of the village cadres taking root at the grassroots level. Participate in it, feel proud and proud, young cadres should grow their talents, strengthen their muscles and bones, and cultivate the true ability to take on the role after experiencing the wind and rain and seeing the world.

In life, only hard work can live up to youth. As a young person, I am fortunate to be born in such a great era, and I am even more fortunate to experience on the big stage at the grassroots level. In the great era, we must be dream chasers of self-improvement. Young people in the new era, we have our own opportunities and opportunities. We should strengthen the foundation of struggle, cultivate the foundation of dreams and success, and be diligent in learning, thinking and practicing skills in the midst of heavy work tasks and trivial problems of the masses.

The goal is ahead and the mission is on the shoulders. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is about to be held. We will meet it together and take a new journey under its guidance. Looking back on yesterday, the motherland has made brilliant achievements. Looking forward to the future, we are full of great ambitions. Our party has become more arrogant and upright after going through a century of ups and downs.
