金汤面

美食能让人沉醉其中,让人感到温暖与幸福。


在我心中,我觉得好吃的美食就是虾油面,也叫金汤面。汤汁金黄,面道劲韧,虾的香气十里飘香。这是在我生病时妈妈煮给我的,现在我学会了。这不,我准备了虾、面和一些自己喜欢吃的空心菜、火锅料之类的。先将虾头与虾肉分开,起火烧油热锅。到高温时将虾头放入油锅。虾油从虾头中流出来,虾头焦焦时加入水,不用太多,再放入少许盐与鸡精,然后把虾肉与配菜下锅。等虾肉快好时加入面与青菜,这一碗虾油面就做好了。还记得那时生病的我吃上第一口,妈妈的爱就在我的嘴里散开,我的病好像一下子就好起来了,虾油面从此就留在了我记忆里,因为一做这个面,我就感到幸福。


我最欢喝奶茶与果茶,这也是我的拿手饮品之一。奶茶中的珍珠是用木薯粉加红糖加水搓成圆圆的下水煮。奶茶中的奶用纯牛奶,茶用乌龙茶或茉莉花茶。乌龙茶底味道醇厚,茉莉花茶底味道清新,可以用来解腻是非常不错的。小料多的话随便加,可以一次吃到爽。在冬天喝上一口热奶茶,全身都暖烘烘的。


果茶只能加茉莉花茶底,但是水果随便加。比如:西瓜、芒果、草莓……因为水果多种多样口味比奶茶多,如:桃之夭夭,以水蜜桃为主;多肉葡萄,以葡萄为主;黄桃果霸,以黄桃为主。周末做上一大桶的水果茶和小伙伴们分享,有说有笑,那才叫一个真快活!


当然,看到弟弟妹妹们把我做的美食吃完,我就更开心了。可以用我最近看的小说《冰火魔厨》中主角说的:将厨师做的菜吃光,就是对厨师最大的尊重。


我喜欢美食,吃、做、分享,都很有兴趣,美食里藏着我的一个个小幸福。

I like to drink milk tea and fruit tea the most, which is also one of my specialty drinks. The pearls in milk tea are boiled with tapioca flour, brown sugar and water to make a round round. The milk in milk tea is pure milk, and the tea is oolong tea or jasmine tea. The oolong tea base has a mellow taste, and the jasmine tea base has a fresh taste, which is very good for relieving greasy. If you add a lot of small ingredients, you can eat it all at once. Drink a sip of hot milk tea in winter, and your whole body will be warm.


Fruit tea can only be added with jasmine tea base, but fruits can be added casually. For example: watermelon, mango, strawberry... Because of the variety of fruit flavors than milk tea, such as: Taozhiyao, mainly peaches; fleshy grapes, mainly grapes; Huang Tao Guoba, mainly yellow peaches. Make a big bucket of fruit tea on weekends to share with friends, talk and laugh, that's a real joy!


Of course, I'm happier to see my younger siblings finish the food I've made. I can use what the protagonist said in the novel "Magic Chef of Ice and Fire" I read recently: Eating all the dishes made by the chef is the greatest respect for the chef.
